A Legacy Forged
in Army Service
The Irvin Kelly Foundation was born from the disciplined code of the United States U.S. Army—a commitment that extends far beyond the duration of active service. Our founder, Irvin Kelly, recognized that the transition from a life of military order to civilian uncertainty often requires a bridge built on shared values and unwavering support.
Our mission is to honor and empower veterans and their families by providing comprehensive support, advocacy, and resources that promote stability, opportunity, and long-term well-being. service.
We are committed to easing the transition from military to civilian life, strengthening families, and ensuring that those who have served our nation have access to the care, education, employment, and community support they deserve. Through service, partnership, and compassion, we strive to uphold the dignity of every veteran and family we serve and to create pathways toward resilience, self-sufficiency, and lasting impact. We will support generational educational pursuits for the descendants of military service members.
